ZmnLoad is e-platform online which links between the shippers and transport companies for transport of goods. The platform provides the request to transport goods (cargo ) through the platform so that owners of transport companies and drivers can accept orders
ZmnLoad platform protects the rights of all users of services. We also adhere to keep confidential of the sensitive information. The privacy policy points out how we (ZmnLoad) collect and use information through using our websites and the applications of mobile and other services which are provided through Internet (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Services" or "Our Services").
We may change the privacy policy from time to time and the date at the upper part of the policy can be reviewed knowing that we encourage the user to review the privacy policy to keep aware of the practices of using the information we have.
Upon using our services, we collect basic information upon registration and this includes the name , name of the company, e-mail and telephone number and we collect additional information about the shipping orders in order to meet it including the following:
Shippers:We bring general data of the cargo and this includes: name of the company, its address, order time and date, type of goods, receipt place, delivery place and other information about the goods.
Transport companies and corporations:Name of the company or corporation, commercial registration number, its address, vehicle form number and operation cards number.
Drivers:Name, national ID or Iqama number and copy, driving license number and copy
We collect additional information about drivers in relation to shipping order as we collect information about your location and the files we upload such as cargo copy, uploading and downloading date. We may get also information from other sources including for example, but not limited to, verification of non-conviction services and verification of organizational compliance and insurance.
We collect record information regarding your use of services so that we can develop our services , this includes browser type, system type, application version number, arrival times and IP address. We also collect cookies, tracing techniques and counting of number of visits and the quantity of used information which helps us to provide our services and improve the experiment of users.
We use the information for providing and improving our services, this includes linking the shippers with carriers, facilitate transport of goods and communication process between related parties and processing payments and accounts and confirm transport operation. We may use telephone number and e-mail as well as application notices regarding condition of the cargo. We may receive questions, offer products, promotions and rewards. ZmnLoad may share your user data with third party providers, for example: insurance companies or parties related to shipments to ensure compliance to law.
Providing Services to our users requires the collection of precise location information. When you download and use our mobile applications, we will ask for permission to access your precise location. If you grant our mobile applications permission to access your location through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, we will collect the precise location of your device. We use this information to track Shipments, and also to understand your typical driving patterns to offer shipments or jobs that are more likely to be relevant to you. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address or phone number. We may also receive information about your location from third parties, such as the Shippers and Carriers involved in fulfilling any Shipment request.
For Truckers: We also use background location information in our app to locate you even when the app is closed. We use background locations only when you turn your status to available.
ZmnLoad may take technical measures for protection of your information against wasting, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, amendment and destruction.Privacy policies at ZmnLoad may be subject to the basic principles at national data governance policies issued by Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.
